MEMORANDUM AND ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION The object for
which the Company is formed is to establish, carry on and/or endow the School of S. Mary and S. Anne, Abbots Bromley; and to extend and promote education in the doctrines of the Church of England and in accordance with
the objects set out in the preamble and statutes of the Corporation of SS. Mary and Nicholas (The Woodard Corporation).In furtherance of that Object the Company shall have the following powers:
- To raise funds and organise appeals and invite and receive contributions by way of subscription, donation and otherwise.
- To create, administer and assist in the creation of scholarships, exhibitions and bursaries.
- To undertake and execute any charitable trust in furtherance of the Company's object
- To invest any monies of the Company not immediately required for its purposes and to vary the investment thereof in such manner as may be determined from time to time.
